Continual Blood Pressure Monitoring - Better at Predicting Risks
We recently ran across a HealthDay article on the US News and World Report website that discusses how continual, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring with measurements taken at different times of day (morning, afternoon, night time, etc.) is a better predictor of possible hypertension and other related health complications than simply taking a reading one time during the day, such as what is taken at a checkup at your doctor’s office.
